My name is Nicholas Laschkewitsch. I am an award-winning filmmaker, themed entertainment engineer, and roller coaster historian. I have a BS in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University, and have over 7 years of professional experience in the themed entertainment industry.
In that time, I’ve worn a variety of hats composed of roles in design and engineering, attraction maintenance and operation, and installation supervision. I’ve worked with Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Creative, LA ProPoint, and Adirondack Studios, meaning I know what it’s like being on both the owner/operator and vendor sides of each project.
This site encompasses my diverse skills and experience, from my part in building world-class theme park attractions, to producing documentaries on the history of roller coasters. Below, you’ll see photos showing a bit of my handiwork on the latter. Explore the site and reach out if my experience can be of use to you.
